Job Summary

Redwood County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company is seeking an Underwriter to join our team. This position is responsible for evaluating insurance applications, assessing risk, determining appropriate coverage, and establishing premium rates. The successful candidate will work closely with our independent agents to provide quality service while helping protect the company's financial stability.

Responsibilities

• Review policy renewals, new business applications, and policy change requests.
• Evaluate risks and make sound underwriting decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to agents and policyholders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of office or business experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
