Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Manchester is seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Underwriter / Agent to support agents and policyholders through underwriting, policy servicing, and renewal management.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Processing endorsements and preparing quotes

• Assisting agents with policy questions, changes, and coverage clarification

• Quoting new and renewal business using MIPS and the Vector System

• Preparing replacement cost estimates and reviewing inspection photos

• Meeting with policyholders for three-year renewals

• Issuing policy correspondence and following up as needed

Qualifications:

• Insurance experience preferred (agency, underwriting, or policy servicing)

• Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
